  • All interstate drivers / sub-contractors or drivers / sub-contractors that have been interstate / crossed any borders, are to wear a face mask outside of their vehicle they are operating, while conducting work for or on behalf of BT Transport & Logistics, either at a BT Transport & Logistics site, a customer’s site or 3rd party site. Please note that drivers / sub-contractors must also follow additional requirements set out by those sites they visit.
  • QR code check-in is required; all BT Transport & Logistics sites now have QR codes displayed for all staff, sub-contractors and visitors to use. • Office quarantine:
BT Head Office: each separate department is to stay in their own area as a precautionary measure; communication with other departments to be conducted via email or phone where possible. When walking outside of offices, face masks are to be worn.
Head Office, Victoria, Mount Gambier and Queensland sites:
Drivers to use Operations site windows, or phone for communication and are not to enter Reception or Operations areas.
  • Yard staff working outside, at their own depot, are not required to wear a face mask; however, where they are performing a task with other people and unable to maintain a minimum of 1.5m separation, it is strongly advised face masks should be worn.

All BT sites will ensure to continue:

  • temperature testing & recording the data
  • maintaining social distancing practices
  • using regular and good hygiene practices
  • regular cleaning of work stations, and shared devices such as photocopiers
  • cleaning vehicles post and pre-use when shared or when presenting for service
